Zuid Chardonnay

Fresh  Chardonnay from the South of Romania (Dealu Mare region), made from BIO grapes. A wine with a lot of freshness,  notes of ripe citrus, honeycomb and fine pastry.

Straw yellow color and nose with pomelo, fresh bread crust and mineral sensations.

Fleshy body, compact texture, lively acidity and well-integrated alcohol (14%). Full taste, with bergamot pear, white peach and grapefruit. Tonic aftertaste, with impressions of lime peel and saline tones.

Serving recommendations: chicken, pasta with white sauce, mushroom risotto, grilled fish, seafood.

Optimal consumption temperature: 3-7°C.
