Zuid Pinot Noir

A 100% Pinot Noir from south of Romania, made from organic grapes, a young and vigorous wine with firm tannins, layered with red fruit notes and spicy tones. Ruby red color and expressive nose with black cherries and ripe sour cherries. Sleek body, fine texture, lively acidity, and well-defined alcohol (14.4%). Taste of bitter cherries, currants, and dark chocolate, all discreetly seasoned with hints of white pepper. Long and fresh aftertaste with candied black fruits, tobacco, and elegant bitter sensations.
